Job descriptionPreparing medical equipment and instruments for decontamination. Operating sterilization equipment according to manufacturer and OSHA guidelines. Unpacking inspecting and stocking instruments and devices. Delivering sterilized equipment and supplies to clinical rooms in a timely manner. Responding to on-the-spot needs from clinical staff during patient care. Monitoring and documenting sterilization cycles and equipment maintenance. Performing routine temperature and humidity checks in storage areas. Have a high school diploma and 1 year experience in a dental setting Love people and have a heart for service Have great communication skills and are detailed-oriented Want a career not just a job Value personal growth and team collaboration You prefer working alone You dislike fast-paced team environments Youre not comfortable communicating closely with patients Patients leave smiling cared for and confident You stay organized on-time and ready to support your team You grow into more advanced responsibilities and leadership You become a culture champion in the office
