The role demands a growth-minded leader with a deep understanding of the healthcare and benefits landscape, a proven track record in partnership development, and the ability to shape the company's future through innovative, market-relevant offerings.

Applicants for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or growth leadership, with a strong focus on the healthcare or benefits sector. The ideal candidate will have a robust network and a successful history of building partnerships across employer, payer, and broker channels. A deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including government programs, commercial payers, and employer-sponsored benefits, is essential. The role requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills, as well as the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive the design of integrated health and wellness solutions. An MBA or equivalent experience in strategy, business development, or health administration is a plus, and experience in early-stage or high-growth environments is preferred.
