Workday Technical Consultant

Job Description

Full Time / Permanent & Onsite

• Creating new inbound and outbound integrations in Workday.
• Supporting and enhancing current integrations
• Monitoring integration error logs to ensure proper functionality
• Creating complex dashboards and reports in Workday, including complex calculated fields.
• Testing new system features and releases, evaluating their impact on integrations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with HCM systems in a professional environment, building integrations.
• 3+ years of experience building Workday integrations
• Experience with inbound / outbound Workday integrations
• Experience with EIB, Workday Studio, and Cloud Connect integrations
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• Analytical approach to solving system issues, including understanding system interfaces
• Deep knowledge of XML, XSLT, Xpath, and Web Services / SOAP
