Travel MRI Tech - $2,603 per week in Columbia, SC

Job Title : MRI Tech Profession : Radiology Specialty : MRI Tech Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Night Hours per Shift : 10 hours Experience : Minimum of 1 year License : Certified Radiologic Technologist through ARRT Certifications : ARRT MR, ARRT R, BLS Must-Have : Experience with GE and Siemens equipment, 1.5T and 3T. Strong skills in pediatric MRI scanning. Description : MRI Tech for 4 x 10 hours, Monday to Thursday from 7 : 30 PM to 6 : 00 AM. No call required. Experience in MRI is needed. Candidates should have experience with GE and Siemens equipment, specifically 1.5T and 3T. Traveler with previous experience in a pediatric setting preferred. Candidates must be proficient in imaging for all age groups, including neonates and trauma patients. Certification as a Radiologic Technologist through ARRT is mandatory. Candidates will work with inpatient and outpatient MRI adults and pediatrics of all ages. Pediatric scanning will be a significant focus of this role. Charting system experience is preferred. Experience in community hospital settings is preferred. Familiarity with trauma levels I and II is preferred. Float requirements may apply based on census needs. Candidates must be prepared to float to other units as needed if qualified.
