Staff Security Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff Security Engineer to shape the foundation of Security Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and lead a dedicated security engineering program, embedding security into the software development lifecycle

Integrate security best practices into CI / CD pipelines and improve AWS infrastructure security

Collaborate with teams to define and execute a comprehensive security strategy and support compliance efforts

Required Qualifications

Hands-on engineering background as a Software Engineer, Operations Engineer, or SRE

Experience with secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) and CI / CD systems

Expertise in cloud-native security, particularly in AWS

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills

Metrics-driven approach to defining and measuring security progress
