Commercial Settlement Officer

A company is looking for a Commercial Settlement Officer to join their team remotely in Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage settlement statements for sales, financing, and uninsured files, incorporating various fees and updates

Verify wire instructions and prepare funding packages for the accounting team, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed

Handle confirmations of initiated wires and manage deposits or funds related to cancellations or post-closing items

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in a commercial settlement role or similar

Strong knowledge of Title Insurance is encouraged

Familiarity with SoftPro Select is a plus

High level of accountability and professionalism in handling confidential information

Ability to work in both team-oriented and self-directed environments
