A typical day involves inspiring people to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money, while building stronger client relationships every year. You would also assist with the beginning and closing of the tax interview, ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service, and perform all other duties as assigned.

Your expertise includes a high school diploma or equivalent, reading and math skills required to complete the tax return interview, effective communication skills in person and on the phone, and previous experience with Windows-based computer programs. Pay Range : $11.00 - $27.00 / Hr.
