Registered Nurse Qualifications

Strong ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced surgical environment

Travel nurses must reside at least 60 miles from Rutherfordton, NC

OR RN Responsibilities

Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures

Assist surgeons and surgical teams during operations in the operating room

Monitor patient status and respond promptly to emergencies

Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and surgical procedures

Conduct pre-op and post-op patient assessments

Comply with hospital policies, procedures, and infection control standards
