Were currently seeking a Marketing Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on role working closely with senior leadership to help plan and execute marketing events, support daily operations, and contribute to projects that shape both client success and company growth.

What Youll Do

• Strategic Support : Partner with leadership to develop and execute direct marketing initiatives that align with the companys goals.
• Event Marketing : Play a key role in coordinating and maintaining in-person events that connect clients with communities in meaningful ways.
• Operational Oversight : Support the daily operations of the office, identify opportunities to improve efficiency, and streamline processes.
• Project Management : Manage assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
• Team Collaboration : Build strong relationships across departments, fostering a culture of communication, creativity, and teamwork.
• Talent Development : Contribute to team growth by assisting with recruiting, onboarding, and supporting professional development.

What Were Looking For

(Note : While a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is helpful, it is not a strict requirement. We value drive, initiative, and professionalism above all else.)
