Job description8+ years of experience with AI / ML, focused on pushing models into production rather than only model development. Expert-level coding in Python and SQL. Experience with ML frameworks / tools (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras), LLMs, Gen-AI, RAG. Ability to generate creative ideas for product features and improvements. Strong intersection of product focus and user experience. Experience optimizing LLMs is a plus.
Overview
The position is a full-time, remote Staff MLE in the fintech market. This is really more of a tech lead role where you will be leading big projects scaling the AI / ML capabilities. A lot of the position is reworking the system and making sure it's constantly being improved.
Responsibilities
- Lead large AI / ML initiatives and oversee productionization and ongoing improvement of the system.
- Architect and guide re-architecting efforts to ensure scalable, reliable AI / ML capabilities.
- Bridge product and user experience, identifying opportunities to improve products through AI / ML.
