Oakmont, PA – Full-time, Non-exempt; M-F with occasional weekends and / or evenings
Starting Pay : $20.31 / hour - $25.40 / hour; depending on experience

The Administrative Assistant / Move-In Coordinator serves as both administrative assistant to Westminster Place leadership and as support to the Sales Advisor particularly in the area of customer and new resident move-in logistics, to include providing excellent customer service, and office support as needed.

Requirements for the Administrative Assistant / Move-In Coordinator :
Three years of related experience. College degree is preferred.Proficient in oral and written communication in English. Must be able to read, analyze and interpret general business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively communicate across a varied spectrum of stakeholders.Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Must have knowledge and facility with internet software, spreadsheet software, and word processing software.Ability to deal effectively with all levels of management and team members.Must be able to work independently, identify resources and make independent decisions and work collaboratively on teams.Manage details when working with both a big- and small-picture viewpoint.Must be able to maintain a neat and orderly work environment.Maintain consistently excellent customer service despite changing and, sometimes, emotionally charged situations.APPLY today; make a difference every day!
