Administrative Assistant / Move-In Coordinator – Westminster Place

Oakmont, PA – Full-time, Non-exempt; M-F with occasional weekends and / or evenings

Starting Pay : $20.31 / hour - $25.40 / hour; depending on experience

The Administrative Assistant / Move-In Coordinator serves as both administrative assistant to Westminster Place leadership and as support to the Sales Advisor particularly in the area of customer and new resident move-in logistics, to include providing excellent customer service, and office support as needed.

Requirements for the Administrative Assistant / Move-In Coordinator :

  • Three years of related experience. College degree is preferred.
  • Proficient in oral and written communication in English. Must be able to read, analyze and interpret general business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively communicate across a varied spectrum of stakeholders.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Must have knowledge and facility with internet software, spreadsheet software, and word processing software.
  • Ability to deal effectively with all levels of management and team members.
  • Must be able to work independently, identify resources and make independent decisions and work collaboratively on teams.
  • Manage details when working with both a big- and small-picture viewpoint.
  • Must be able to maintain a neat and orderly work environment.
  • Maintain consistently excellent customer service despite changing and, sometimes, emotionally charged situations.
