Pay Information

$45 to $51 per hour

About The Position

Job Title : Travel RN – Emergency Department

Location : Lawrenceville, GA

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Nights | 12-hour shifts (7 PM – 7 AM) | 36 hours / week

Candidate Restrictions : No local candidates within 50 miles

Blended hourly pay : $51 / hr

Weekly Stipend : $1246 ($34.61 per hour)

Weekly Taxable : $590 ($16,38 per hour)

Weekly Gross : $1,836

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Experience : Minimum 2 years in Emergency Nursing or high-acuity ED
  • License : Active RN license (State or Compact)
    • Certifications :
  • BLS (AHA)
  • ACLS (AHA)
  • PALS (AHA)
  • TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
  • NIH Certification

Responsibilities

  • Provide rapid assessment, triage, and care for high-acuity patients in a Level 2 trauma emergency department.
  • Administer medications, perform procedures, and manage multiple patients with a 3 : 1 nurse-to-patient ratio.
  • Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Respond to emergencies and trauma situations, performing life-saving interventions when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, follow ED protocols, and educate patients and families on care plans.
