What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Provide remote user support services utilizing TeamViewer and the Ivanti ticketing system
  • Perform basic to intermediate-level troubleshooting, including password resets and hardware issues
  • Log, route, categorize, and escalate Incidents / Service Requests as necessary
  • Ensure effective communication regarding the status and resolution of incidents
  • Collaborate with team members and vendor support to resolve technical issues
  • What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • Minimum of 3 years of helpdesk experience in troubleshooting
  • Technical knowledge of Windows desktop and laptop hardware in a business environment
  • At least 1 year of Active Directory support experience
  • CompTIA A+ certification required
  • Strong problem-solving and effective communication skills
  • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

  • Microsoft certifications
  • 1+ year experience with Ivanti EPM
  • 1+ year of Exchange and / or Office 365 support experience
