Job Type : Direct Hire

Compensation : $60,000 - $82,000 / year

Location : Boston, MA

About the Role :

We’re seeking a professional and motivated individual to join a dynamic, fast-paced office environment in a key support role. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with leaders and contribute to a variety of administrative and operational initiatives that help the team run seamlessly.

The ideal candidate thrives in a structured yet evolving setting, takes pride in their work, and enjoys balancing organization with flexibility. You’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating day-to-day activities, supporting team members, and ensuring a polished and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide high-level coordination and organizational support to internal teams.
  • Assist with scheduling, communications, and general office operations.
  • Maintain professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as a go-to resource for administrative and logistical needs.

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of professional experience in an administrative, coordination, or operations support role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other common business tools.
  • Positive, proactive, and service-oriented mindset.
