Principal - Land Development Engineer

We seek a Land Development Senior Project Manager to spearhead the establishment of a new office in the Salt Lake City area, contributing to our growth in Utah's dynamic market while building upon our established presence in Fort Worth and Denver.

As the Land Development Project Manager, your role entails overseeing multiple land development projects, prioritizing client satisfaction and project excellence. You'll play a pivotal role in acquiring clients and their projects, while providing direction to project engineers and designers for seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Cultivate, mentor, and nurture a team of skilled engineers and designers.
• Execute various project management duties, including reporting and client invoice approvals.
• Strategically forecast future workloads, staffing needs, and project budgets.
• Contribute to strategic marketing efforts and proposal generation.
• Possess advanced proficiency in all facets of land development design and methodologies.
• Coordinate effectively with internal staff, project consultants, clients, and regulatory agencies.
