Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - 1 : 1 Vent / Trach Care

Location : Milwaukee, WI

Pay : $32 / hr

Schedule : Full school year, consistent assignment

Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated LPN to provide 1 : 1 nursing care for a student with ventilator and tracheostomy needs. The LPN will follow a plan of care, monitor the student's health status, and ensure documentation and safety standards are met. Supervision and support are provided by an agency case manager.

Responsibilities :

• Deliver 1 : 1 direct nursing services for a student with vent / trach needs
• Maintain accurate health records and daily documentation
• Collaborate with care teams and make referrals if needed
• Ensure compliance with state, agency, and Medicaid requirements
