Closing Analyst I

The Closing Analyst is responsible for closing client files and applying results into Scheck and CareMC systems to meet daily production expectations and standards. This is a remote role.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities :

• Close client files in the appropriate manner, dictated by client protocol
• Ensure all appropriate documentation is attached and follow departmental QC protocols
• Complete special tasks assigned by supervisor / manager
• Additional duties / responsibilities as assigned
• Comply with all safety rules / regulations, in conjunction with the Injury and Illness Prevention Program ("IIPP"), and maintain HIPAA compliance

Pay rates are established taking into account federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.

For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during the interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.

Pay Range : $13.08 - $19.90 per hour
