Primary Responsibilities :
Provide comprehensive, high-quality care as part of a collaborative care team.
Manage chronic diseases and disorders effectively.
Review patient files, including allergies, medical history, medications, and immunization status.
Accurately gather and record patient medical histories.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Analyze results and form diagnoses to guide patient care.

Required Qualifications :
Unrestricted licensure in New York at the time of employment.
Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Active and unrestricted DEA license or the ability to obtain it prior to starting.
The compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $229,500 to $378,000, which includes base pay and bonus based on performance and various other factors. We comply with all local and federal wage laws. In addition to your salary, enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contributions.
