Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation through closeout.
• Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Oversee procurement, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and QA / QC standards.
• Manage risk, resolve issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Supervise on-site activities and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and financial tracking.
• Champion sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives where applicable.

Estimated total compensation for this position : 105,380.00 183,370.00 USD per year
