UK Licensed Corporate Lawyer

A company is looking for a Lawyer - Contracts (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Contract Negotiation : Review and negotiate high volumes of pre-M&A contracts, liaising with counterparties and updating client playbooks

Client Management : Manage and deepen client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor

Team Collaboration : Work with other lawyers and paralegals, reviewing junior team members' work and assisting with training

Required Qualifications

Licensed to practice Law in the UK or Europe

3+ years' corporate / transactional law experience post-qualification, in-house or private practice

Experience in negotiating pre-M&A contracts independently

Familiarity with asset managers, investment banks, or financial services firms preferred

Tech-savvy and adaptable to legal technology, with an interest in AI and legal tech welcomed
