Responsibilities :

Requirements :
A minimum of 3 years of recent experience in a customer service or administrative role.Proven ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to work across multiple browsers.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.Demonstrated expertise in email correspondence and customer success.A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
