Accounts Payable Associate

Financial Analyst

A highly reputable pharmaceutical manufacturing company is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their team! This role includes a large range of duties including but not limited to financial analysis, variance analysis, working within a Large ERP system, Microsoft Excel, and much more!

Job Description :

• Design, test and implement new functionality in PeopleSoft
• Understands functionality of individual modules in addition to the interconnectedness of modules.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in the General Ledger related to Accounts Payable, Inventory, Payroll and other interfaces.
• Supports peers and business partners in designing and setting maintainable system functionality.
• Works well with peers, business partners and IT.
• Drives IT projects for Corporate Finance team to ensure that deliverables are met timely.
• Identify and implement areas for process improvement through utilization of available technology.
• Expertise in query and report building to enhance end user analytics and experience.
• Optimize General Ledger Chart Fields and reporting trees to facilitate internal and external financial reporting requirements
• Train new employees on PeopleSoft modules
• Maintain PeopleSoft ChartFields and reporting trees
