Work Hours : & Monday – Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM

Job Overview

We are looking for a& Procurement Associate / Buyer & to manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing materials, services, and OPEX items. The ideal candidate will optimize supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, ensure compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full& Procure-to-Pay (P2P) & process : requisitions, RFQs, purchase orders, supplier payments, and contract compliance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with& suppliers / vendors , ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Negotiate& pricing, terms, and contracts & to achieve cost-effective outcomes.
• Identify and evaluate alternative vendors to ensure supply continuity and risk mitigation.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Coordinate logistics, tariffs, and freight to optimize delivery efficiency and minimize costs.
• Maintain inventory visibility, avoid stockouts, and collaborate with end users on material requirements.
• Prepare reports on PR-PO conversions, open orders, and procurement spend.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with legal, regulatory, and organizational policies.
• Support cross-functional teams including R D, Manufacturing, QA / QC, Finance, and Legal.
