Facilities / Maintenance Director
Pay or shift range : $105,000 USD to $125,000 USD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons. The Director of Facilities is responsible for monitoring / maintaining all building, housekeeping and grounds maintenance for all Community Health Connections Health Centers. The Director is responsible for the development of annual budgets, capital requests and facilities staffing. Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities :
Minimum Qualifications : High School Degree and Trade School Diploma required. Associate or bachelors degree along with Contractor license a plus. Min. 5 years management experience in facility maintenance. Licensed in Trade (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing or equivalent) Experience working in Health Care facilities environment required. Strong leadership skills. Familiar with the use of all trade tools and equipment. Knowledge of DPH & Department of Safety audits helpful. Knowledge of Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Health Care Facilities (JCAHO) Qualifications Education Required Technical / other training or better.
