Job Summary
Ralco is seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative Registration Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, submitting, and organizing the technical documentation required for product registrations in domestic and international markets where Ralco conducts business. You will lead the development of registration, renewal, amendment, and reporting documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This includes creating, compiling, and maintaining accurate product and regulatory reports, labels, tags, and other related documents that are necessary for successful product registrations, exports, and sales.
A key part of this role involves establishing and maintaining efficient processes for handling the documentation and meeting the regulatory requirements. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with teams across the company to understand requirements, confirm accuracy, and prioritize tasks effectively. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and committed to maintaining high standards in a fast-paced, globally focused environment.

Job Responsibilities
Prepare and submit accurate and timely technical documentation required for product registrations, including new submissions, renewals, and amendments. Ensure updates are made in response to regulatory authority feedback.
Coordinate the creation, review, and approval of product labels and packaging materials—including translations, ingredient lists, and regulatory claims—ensuring compliance with standards and state- or country-specific requirements.
Oversee the management of product label files, including version control, hazard labeling, and box / case labeling, to ensure all labels are current and correct.
Support and maintain product formulations in Ralco’s ERP and formulation program.
Coordinate with QA / QC to ensure appropriate product testing is conducted and that test results are documented and available for registration needs.
Maintain accurate product data in the ERP system, including product names, types, manufacture sites, sizes, and packaging details.
Collaborate with international shipping teams and country managers to communicate registration-related changes, such as updates to formulas, labels, or packaging, that may impact orders.
Support an in-house regulatory library and provide resources regarding compliance processes and inquiries.
Update and manage price list and support pricing accuracy across markets.
Promote a positive, team-oriented environment that supports effective collaboration across departments and teams.
Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and work within teams to streamline processes.

Job Requirements
Education Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field
Experience Regulatory and Agriculture knowledge is preferred
