Location : Fairfield, OH 45014
Schedule : Sunday - Thursday 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM
Pay : $16 – $18 per hour
Environment : hot, humid, dusty

The Bug Company is a leader in the pet industry, specializing in the safe shipping of live insects for reptile and exotic pet owners nationwide. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented team members who enjoy an active, hands-on, fast-paced work environment.
Position Summary
The Shipping Bulk Specialist is responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping live insect orders. This role involves handling live insects, ensuring order accuracy, and maintaining efficient shipping operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle, wrangle, and prepare bulk crickets for shipping
- Accurately assemble and package live insect orders
- Label shipments with correct information
- Safely load and unload trucks
- Monitor and report shipping or inventory issues
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Meet daily shipping targets with the team
- Ability to use a tape gun
- Ensure humane care of all live insects
