Internal Medicine opening in New YorkLocated in Troy, NY - Albany 7mSeeking BC / BEHighlights : - Shared call rotation averaging about 1 in every 70 days, with RN triage - Physician-governed organization with physician-led JOC - Option for flexible schedule - 3, 4, or 5 day work week - APP Collaboration which provides an additional source of compensation - Opportunities for teaching (1st year AMC students and precepting NP / PA students) - Opportunity for hybrid work in Hospital Medicine if desired - Opportunities for physician leadership / administrative work are available if interested.Position Offers : - Starting compensation is between $250,000 and $260,000 with ability to earn additional money in productivity. - The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
