Job description

Account Executive Position

Cloud SynApps is a fast-growing consulting and systems integration firm that focuses on cloud applications, primarily on Salesforce-based platforms. Cloud SynApps has its major operations in Canada, the USA, and India. We've actively built our Salesforce practice and have grown into one of the strongest Systems Integrators within the Salesforce Public Sector space. While Public Sector is our passion, we are also growing into other verticals, including Insurance and the Telecom space.

We are one of the largest Systems integrators for Vlocity and Clariti (erstwhile BasicGov Applications) and have implemented these solutions for several municipal, provincial / state, federal, and public sector clients. Our consultants and associates have deep industry expertise and live by our core values. We also invest heavily in developing unique Salesforce-based solutions and accelerators, which, in our experience, are required by our clients.

Position Overview

We are looking for Account Executives based out of Sacramento, CA and Phoenix, AZ.

The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, as well as skills related to strategic analysis and marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, developing relationships with new clients, negotiating contracts, and closing deals apart from working very closely with Salesforce's sales teams. You will formulate business development and sales plan in consultation with the CEO and top management team in Clous SynApps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients in the target market and research on the prospective client's business needs
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
  • Partner with pre-sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
  • Develop relationships and work closely with Salesforce's sales team members and sales leadership to generate more business
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed
  • Become a subject matter expert on our services, delivery and processes, and remain up to date on industry trends and projections.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related field
  • Minimum 7 years demonstrated achievement in B2B sales in service industry preferably in computer software / IT Industry
  • Experience in selling to public sector and government departments, including analyzing tender notices and RFPs.
  • Should have direct working experience on preparing and submitting RFIs and RFPs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good understanding of the public sector and government business, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job
  • Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose best solutions for clients keeping in mind CSA's offerings
