As the leading distributor of industrial fabrics in the United States, our products are integral to a variety of sectors, including industrial packaging, building products, automotive, filtration, furniture, and mattress manufacturing. As a CSR, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support, handling inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Work closely with the sales and plant management team
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain customer records and update account information
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
