ReforMedicine is a fast-growing direct-pay and employer-sponsored Direct Primary Care Family- and Obesity Medicine practice. We are leading a movement dedicated to restoring affordability, transparency, simplicity, and relationship-based care in primary care medicine. We are seeking compassionate, skilled medical providers who value the practice of medicine the way it is meant to be — focused on patients, not paperwork. We’re looking for a provider to join our team at our new BALDWIN, WI clinic site opening in Spring 2026 . Other clinic locations may be available.
