As a Superintendent on the Major Projects team, you'll lead field operations for large-scale electrical installations, additions, and repairs. This role is hands-on and leadership-driven-perfect for someone who knows how to motivate teams, maintain order under pressure, and complete the mission on time and within budget. You'll oversee skilled electrical crews, manage materials and schedules, and ensure safety and quality standards are met every step of the way. Collaboration with the Project Manager and Fabrication teams will be key as you plan, problem-solve, and keep operations moving efficiently. The work is challenging and fast-paced, but also rewarding-you'll see tangible results every day and lead a crew that counts on your direction and example. This full-time position typically runs Monday through Thursday, 7 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m., with occasional overtime, night shifts, or travel as project deadlines require.

The ideal candidate has a strong commercial or industrial electrical background and proven leadership experience-someone who knows how to manage people, not just projects. You're detail-oriented, organized, and capable of maintaining high productivity in complex environments. You can read blueprints, navigate electrical systems, and enforce safety with confidence. Veterans and former service members often excel in this role due to their ability to lead by example, manage resources under pressure, and adapt to demanding conditions.

Location : Multiple (Region : Carolinas / Northern Georgia)

Pay : Starting at $80k, but can go higher depending on experience

Schedule : 7am-5pm / Monday to Thursday

Overtime is paid for anything beyond 40 hours !!!!!!
