Job description

Overview

We are looking for a Web Developer to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model. To apply, you will need to be proficient in at least one of the following programming languages : JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift.

Responsibilities

  • Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
  • Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
  • Detail-oriented
  • Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
  • A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor\'s degree is preferred but not required
