As the Lead Structural Engineer at our company, you will hold a critical position in managing and advancing complex engineering projects. Salary : $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Oversee and lead a team of 5-10 design engineers, promoting an environment of collaboration and innovation.
• Effectively manage project resources to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Perform detailed analysis and design reviews to uphold accuracy and compliance with national and international engineering standards.
• Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to ascertain project requirements and to offer informed advisory services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of modern construction methodologies, materials, and regulatory requirements to enhance service delivery.
• Cultivate a productive team dynamic, mentoring junior engineers and fostering professional development within the team.
