KRS CPAs, LLC is a growing CPA firm located in Paramus, NJ seeking an Audit Senior to assist with all aspects of the audit practice and the day-to-day activities of various engagements. The Audit Senior will serve as an experienced member of the accounting and auditing team, supervise other staff members, demonstrate a breadth and depth of professional knowledge and technical skills, and lead the team to ensure exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will have an accounting degree with 3+ years of auditing experience with a public accounting firm.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities :
Maintain day-to-day management of engagements to ensure that services are delivered in a timely mannerCoordinate and plan various phases of engagements, budget time and expenses, monitor actual performance against budgetSupervise staff and review work papers for accuracy and completenessPrepare financial statements for suitability of presentation and adequacy of disclosuresOversee audit planning, field work, and communicate findings and recommendations to managementTravel to client sites is expected and will varyAssumes responsibility for and is recognized as the Firms in-charge field representative on engagementsTake complete ownership of specific aspects of the engagement and see them through to completionMakes decisions and solves problems effectively and efficiently using the Firms resources, experience and an analytical approachApplies learning from prior experiences to interpret current situations. Can determine both quantitative and qualitative variances that need to be investigated furtherDevelop and maintain excellent client relationshipsPreferred Qualifications / Requirements :
BA / BS / MS in AccountingCPA License (or pursuing)3+ years of CPA firm experienceProficient in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel (including v-lookup, pivot tables, etc.)Strong computer skills; proficient in QuickBooks, Sage & CCH Engagement (a plus)Desired Characteristics :
