Job Overview\nDahl Memorial Healthcare, a 25-bed critical access hospital, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our compassionate healthcare team. Experience with Thrive EMR, medical documentation, and assisting in specialized procedures in a critical access setting is highly valued.\n\nResponsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive direct patient care.\n
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians / providers.\n
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress.\n
• Assist in medical procedures.\n
• Maintain accurate, detailed medical records using Thrive EMR.\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver holistic patient care.\n
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive care.\n\nExperience\n
• Valid RN license in the state of Montana, or able to obtain license.\n

• Proficiency in Thrive EMR or similar electronic health record systems preferred\n
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.\n
