A company is looking for a Head of Marketplace Automation & Growth.

Key Responsibilities

Own the systems, strategy, and execution for the quoting engine and automation infrastructure

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and analytics to enhance user experience

Drive critical outcomes for the insurance marketplace, focusing on metrics like loss ratio, retention, and conversion

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Operations Research)

7+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG)

Proven track record of hiring and managing high-performing teams

Experience in shaping strategy for scalable business operations

Strong ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders, including C-suite executives
