As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized insurance solutions to our clients. Responsibilities

Client Engagement : Build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
Sales Support : Identify cross-selling opportunities and upselling additional insurance products.
Policy Review : Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure clients have the most up-to-date coverage.
Relationship Management : Foster long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.

Requirement

Property & Casualty Licensing : License preferred, willing to train. Licensing assistance available.

Life & Health Licensing : License preferred, willing to train. Licensing assistance available.

Bilingual : English required, bilingual in Armenian preferred.

Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is preferred.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients.

Customer-Focused : A genuine desire to provide exceptional service and exceed client expectations.

Reliably Commute : Glendale, CA or planning to relocate before starting work
