JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a driven operationally minded Director of Operations to join our leadership team. This role is responsible for building and optimizing the systems processes and teams that drive profitability and allow us to scale. The Director of Operations will work on-site during standard office hours (MondayFriday 9 : 00 AM6 : 00 PM CST) with on-call availability as needed to support operational continuity.

Owns and Optimizes Core Business Processes
- Documents standardizes and improves all processes that drive profitability.
- Quickly identifies opportunities for improvement and implements changes with team buy-in.
- Develops and refines internal systems (lead routing VA task management handoffs between teams etc.).
Operational Leadership Responsibilities Include :
