The Role
This Sr Product Manager role is responsible for the sales and revenue performance of product portfolio in all life cycle stages. This role requires orchestration of cross organization alignment, implementation, and support related to product development. This position is focused on managing the global performance of Ethernet products across enterprise and public sector segments. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage performance, development and implement improvements, and guide the product portfolio through digital transformation.
The Main Responsibilities
Define, track, interpret and report on key business metrics and drive activities which support continued development of service features.
Effectively project manage key aspects of the end-to-end product lifecycle initiatives ensuring the business strategy is executed successfully and aligns with change imperatives.
Utilize strong communication skills to ensure alignment across the business and to communicate enablement plans for portfolio solutions to all stakeholders.
Attain Subject Matter Expert (SME) status specific to products being managed by this role as well as new digital offerings in the market.
Understand market forecasts & industry trends to assess product and process improvement opportunities.
Be a champion of customer experience by leveraging tools to gain feedback required to prioritize and drive product roadmaps and implement change.
Work collaboratively to achieve the organizational goals, objectives, and priorities as tied to the strategic plan.
What We Look For in a Candidate
BS / BA or equivalent education and experience in Product Management in Telecommunications or Technology.
5+ years of Product Management experience driving cross functional, collaborative teams, leading teams in matrix-driven organization.
Demonstrated experience with Project management, Process development and execution.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience executing go-to-market strategies.
Technical aptitude to understand product dynamics and recommend product enhancements.
Outstanding communications skills up, down and across the organization. Ability to create clarity and drive focus in complex and dynamic contexts.
Ability to manage multiple high-level priorities.
Demonstrated experience creating product specifications and performing competitive analysis.
Experience with Corporate Governance practices, Program and Portfolio Management
Self-motivated, results-driven individual
Experience utilizing AI tools to improve efficiency with reporting, data analysis and communications is a plus
Experience with digital products and services is a plus
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors Location Based Pay Ranges : $82,969 - $110,625 in these states : AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY. $87,117 - $116,156 in these states : CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI. $91,266 - $121,688 in these states : AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA
