About the Role & Team
In this role, you will join the Disney Signature Experiences - Pricing and Revenue Management team supporting Disney Vacation Club (DVC). DVC is a dynamic business offering vacation ownership across 17 resorts in Florida, South Carolina, California, and Hawaii.
As the Senior Analyst, DVC Pricing Strategy & Integration, you will lead efforts to identify, measure, and analyze key consumer demand trends that influence business performance. By shaping pricing strategies, designing promotional offers, and driving initiatives that optimize revenue, you will make a direct and visible impact while thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The Senior Analyst, DVC Pricing Strategy and Integration will report to the Manager, DVC Pricing Strategy & Integration and will have a wide array of responsibility.
What You Will Do
- Model rooms revenue and related metrics to support pricing, inventory, and operational decision-making; perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to quantify expected outcomes
- Prepare management reporting and deliver clear, audience-appropriate analysis. Regularly presenting to senior executive leadership
- Lead the enhancement of pricing and demand analytics tools and models (e.g., statistical and mathematical techniques) to generate actionable insights and influence decisions
- Shape pricing strategy and promotional offer design to optimize profitability, grounded in analysis of booking patterns, guest behavior, and competitive intelligence
- Partner closely with DLR and WDW pricing teams to align on strategy and ensure high‑quality, on‑time deliverables across stakeholders
- Create engaging, informative, well‑organized presentations and data visualizations that communicate recommendations and trade‑offs
- Conduct ad‑hoc analyses and lead special projects at the request of senior management, from problem framing through recommendation
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a related fieldHighly proficient in Excel and data analysis, with experience turning raw data into consumable and actionable insightsHighly proficient in PowerPoint and a proven storyteller with demonstrated experience translating complex analytical concepts into meaningful recommendations to partners and leadershipAble to build strong relationships with partners through exceptional communication skills, including the ability to ask questions to gain understanding and influence situations to achieve optimal solutionsSelf-directed and proactive, constantly anticipating business needs and engaging key stakeholdersFlexible and willing to quickly learn skills and processes, while actively designing new ways to advance the businessEducation
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or other quantitative field or equivalent requiredPreferred Qualifications
MBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced degree preferredPrevious experience in fields such as Forecasting & Planning, Pricing, Revenue Management, or FinancePrevious experience within the hospitality industryDemonstrated data analytics skills with proficiency in associated database applications (e.g., Snowflake, SQL, PowerBI and Tableau) and the ability to write complex queriesAdditional Information
