Material Handler

Wastequip has a great opportunity at their Salisbury, NC facility for a Material Handler. This is a full-time position with great benefits including but not limited to Health Insurance, 401K Plan, Paid Vacation / Sick time, and so much more. The Material Handler is responsible for handling and delivery of raw material and parts to other departments and maintaining organization in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify and stock incoming raw materials
• Supplying production with materials and parts as required to meet production demands
• Transfer finished goods to holding and / or loading areas
• Perform safety inspections and simple routine maintenance to ensure tools remain safe and fully operational
• Maintain a safe work environment and wear required PPE at all times
• Ensure that work place is maintained in compliance with 5S standards
• Working with shipping and receiving specialist and be given similar task
• Other responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor / manager
