Quality Engineer

Are you passionate about precision, problem-solving, and continuous improvement? Staffmark is hiring a Quality Engineer for our trusted client in Mount Sterling, KY! This is a day shift position with flexibility for evenings and overtime when needed - perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

As a key member of the quality team, you'll play an essential role in driving excellence across every stage of production - from materials and processes to final product delivery.

Schedule : 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Pay : $20 / hr.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards and control systems.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Inspect and test materials, equipment, and finished products for accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with operations teams to improve processes, efficiency, and safety.
• Investigate production issues and develop effective corrective actions.
• Review technical codes, specifications, and documentation to maintain quality excellence.
