About the Opportunity

Are you a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Project Manager looking for a high-impact role with a fast-moving Special Projects team? This is a unique opportunity to lead high-volume, quick-turn projects ranging from $15K to $20MM (most around $200K) without the slow pace of multi-year builds.ƒ

You'll manage a variety projects in different stages simultaneously average of 30 active projects—so strong organizational, planning, and communication skills are critical. You’ll be the go-to person on jobs, working on office buildings, schools, medical facilities, and more. 5+ years of commercial mechanical subcontractors with HVAC & plumbing project management experience

Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once (ideally 50+)

Experience with office buildings, schools, or healthcare facilities

Strong skills in Excel , cost forecasting, budgets, and financial reporting

Experience with Vista Viewpoint and Microsoft Project is preferred

Knowledge of contract negotiation, labor tracking, and scheduling

Strong organizational and planning skills

Mechanical and / or plumbing systems knowledge is required

Bilingual (Spanish / English) is a plus

Must be fluent in English (verbal and written); Spanish fluency is a bonus

Ability to walk job sites and lift up to 20 lbs as needed

Comfortable working in both office and field settings
