Role Overview :

20% payroll (Paylocity) : garnishments, partial processing

80% comp & benefits : benchmarking, annual comp reviews, open enrollment, 401(k) education

Support HR modernization efforts

Qualifications :

2-4 years of HR experience; generalist background welcome

Comfortable with payroll tasks

Exposure to comp analysis and benefits admin preferred

Salary : $60,000 to $75,000
