Key Responsibilities
Engage with government executives to understand their goals and provide strategic guidance
Create customer success plans and collaborate with government personnel to design tailored workflows
Drive user adoption and satisfaction by addressing customer needs and leading executive business reviews
Required Qualifications
Formal legal education (JD) or significant experience with legal technology and government customers
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management in legal tech
Familiarity with legal technology or AI-driven platforms
Proven ability to build trusted relationships and act as a strategic advisor
Experience working cross-functionally with various teams to enhance the customer journey
