SUMMARY

Braintree Group is seeking an experienced individual to fill the position of Senior Accountant on our Corporate Accounting Team. Our company owns various business ventures including a portfolio of hotel properties, self-storage facilities, and multi-family real estate projects. This position will play a vital role on our Accounting team and should be eager to grow under the mentoring and guidance of our experienced accounting department leadership.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the preparation and review of company financial statements and play a key role in the financial statement close and reporting processes.
• Work closely with other team members to analyze and resolve accounting issues as they are presented.
• Assist with daily accounting and reporting and various tasks necessary for executive decision making.
• Assist with real estate and joint venture accounting
• Prepare bank reconciliations
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
