Job descriptionHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED) Previous experience in a die casting or metal manufacturing environment preferred Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate and troubleshoot machine Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions Basic math and measurement skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Willingness to work in hot, noisy, and industrial environments Availability to work flexible hours or shifts as needed

Job Summary :
The Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining equipment to produce metal components according to company and customer specifications. This role requires a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate machines to produce parts according to production schedules and quality standards
- Set up machines, including installing dies and adjusting machine parameters
- Monitor the process to ensure parts meet required specifications
- Inspect finished parts for defects
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations
- Complete production and quality documentation as required
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Report any malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor promptly
- Any other duties as required
