• Preschool Teacher
• to join our enthusiastic and dynamic teaching team.
• Position Details :
• Schedule for Full-Time :
• Weekdays, 8 : 15am – 4 : 30pm
• Schedule for Part-Time :
• Weekdays, 8 : 15am – 1 : 15pm
• Classroom :
• Preschool class, and Extended Day (for full-time)
• Location :
• Lincoln, MA

TBC’s program is bilingual, with activities conducted in both French and English. French fluency is a plus, but

• candidates with basic French are also strongly encouraged to apply.
• As a Preschool Teacher, your responsibilities will include :
• Leading activities and lessons in a co-taught classroom
• Supporting the social-emotional development of young children
• Collaborating with colleagues and communicating with parents
• Helping prepare classroom materials and environments
• Ideal Candidates Will :
• Have a genuine passion for working with young children
• Be enthusiastic, organized, and detail-oriented
• Thrive in a very team-oriented setting
• Speak at least basic French
• (Ideally) Have prior experience working in a school or preschool
• (Ideally) Hold EEC Teacher Certification for toddlers and / or preschoolers
• Compensation & Benefits :
• Competitive salary with a full-time base of $50K–$60K+, depending on experience
• Part time role will have same salary structure, but prorated at 5 / 8 of FT salary
• Up to 12 weeks of annual paid vacation + PTO

• Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the operation of programs (e.g. lifting a child on to a changing table), child safety, and potential emergency situations.

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time

Base Pay : $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours : 25 – 40 per week
