About the Role

What We're Looking For

We're seeking candidates who bring strong customer service skills and a desire to grow in the healthcare support space. Experience in an inbound call center is highly desired, and familiarity with health insurance and prior authorizations is a plus-but not required.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency

Assist customers with inquiries, benefits, and service-related questions

Navigate internal systems to document interactions and resolve issues

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures

✅ Requirements

Proven experience in customer service (critical)

Inbound call center experience (highly desired)

Knowledge of health insurance and prior authorizations (preferred but not required)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
