About the role :

A large Pet Policy Corporation is expanding its Product Design Team and seeking an experienced Product Designer to create user-centered digital experiences for a diverse audience.

Responsibilities :

• Deliver polished designs and extend existing design systems
• Optimize UX / UI patterns for optimal user experience
• Develop domain expertise and collaborate cross-functionally
• Craft performant UX strategy and balance user needs with business goals
• Support teammates and iterate on designs based on data and findings

Requirements :

5+ years of experience in consumer-focused tech design

Compelling portfolio demonstrating visual design, interaction design, and usability expertise

Proficiency in Figma and design systems

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Continuous self-development and proactive ownership approach

Adaptability and problem-solving skills

Passion and enthusiasm for design
